 $25 per hour (5 hour min.)

This service provides needed catering assistance, busing of tables, trash can liner changes, guests direction and passed beverages during Cocktail hour. We recommend 1 server per 50 guests. 

This service provides bar support when multiple bars are required.

Recommended if you have you own bar supplies and mixers already.  Typically for small events & house parties that already have supplies.

The client will be in charge of the mixers and any fruit needed for beverages, openers, towels,beverage bins and ice. 

 The Wedding Management package is where we coordinate your ceremony rehearsal and your wedding day. This package is excellent for the couple who is comfortable with planning but wants to remain relaxed along with their family and friends on their wedding day knowing every detail is taken care of by certified wedding planners.  Also, known as the 'day-' of coordinator. 

 Our Partial Planning package includes everything from the Wedding Management package plus more bells and whistles. It's for the wedding couple who has planning under control but wants some professional guidance in a couple of areas like contracts, preferred vendors, decor rentals, booking meetings, making phone calls to vendors, providing ceremony signs etc.

 The Full Wedding Planning & Design package is for the couple that might have a demanding job and no time to research vendors. That could use the extra hand in planning and developing your vision and wants to remain relaxed on their wedding day knowing every detail is taken care of by certified wedding planners. Top Shelf will coordinate all elements of your ceremony rehearsal, the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception for your wedding day.
